Bluetooth terms and conditions

Customers who come across attractions in Wolverhampton using innovative Bluetooth technology as a way of communicating with their audience should be aware of the following:

Bluetooth is already used amongst many businesses as a quick and creative way of sending out exclusive offers, competitions and information updates.

The technology uses a Bluetooth pod that enables the user to upload animations and static images in order to transmit them to mobile phones within a set radius that have Bluetooth activated.

It provides an alternative, more environmentally friendly  means of communications compared to more traditional styles such as leaflets and posters.

Full terms and conditions

  • Bluetooth downloads within designated attractions are completely free of charge
  • Charges will only apply when texting a shortcode as part of a competition or offer but this will be stated clearly in the Bluetooth alert
  • All users have the right to reject downloads
  • All users have the right to deactivate their Bluetooth if they do not want to receive downloads
