Healthy lifestyles

At Graiseley Community Healthy Living Centre our aim is to improve the health and well being of residents of all ages. 

Our role is to encourage and support residents wishing to participate in exercise and physical activity. 

What we do

• We work with a wide range of partners to improve the health and well being of the community.
• We Provide information, advice, encouragement and support enabling everyone to make healthier choices.
• Develop Community Health Improvement initiatives with the Royal Wolverhampton Hospitals NHS Trust and Wolverhampton Primary Care Trust (PCT).
• Provide opportunities to enjoy healthy, fun affordable activities
• Deliver a programme of over 55's activities
• Deliver a programme of activities for women 
• Develop activities at Graiseley Community Healthy Living Centre, Wolverhampton's first healthy living centre.

Our Services

We provide information on a range of services online which are grouped into the following headings;

• Community health improvement programme
• Health activities and initiatives for local people
• Health events in Wolverhampton and the Black Country
• A central point of contact for information and advice.

The Healthy Lifestyles team is accredited to Quest, which is Sport England's UK quality Scheme for sport and leisure
