Martial arts programme

Graiseley Community Healthy Living Centre

Graiseley Community Healthy Living Centre has long been recognised as a major venue for martial arts and is currently home to a variety of Wolverhampton clubs.

All the clubs provide their own qualified instructors. The permanent matted Dojo is fully booked every evening and on weekends by clubs providing:

  • Karate
  • Jitsu
  • Wutan Kung Fu
  • Aikido
  • Ju-Jitsu
  • Thai Boxing

ABCD have provided funding for a new Dojo area that has greatly improved the service at the centre.

Several of the clubs cater for adults and juniors. Martial arts develop specific fitness, discipline and self defence skills.

For more information contact Graiseley Community Healthy Living Centre.
