(Mind,Exercise,Nutrition,Do it!!!)

If you have children 7 to 13 years old and you are worried they might be unhealthy or even overweight- then MEND may be for them. MEND is a programme tackling obesity.

MEND is a free, fun programme for kids to become fitter, healthier and happier. The MEND programme gets kids healthy and fit in only 10 weeks and helps them stay that way!

The MEND programme is run and supervised by qualified MEND trainers.

The programme runs from on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 4.30pm to 6.30pm.

The programme consists of 18 sessions (twice a week for 2 hours).

Although there is no cost to attend the programme, an assessment of the child is required to assess whether they will qualify. This is based on their age, weight and health. For further information call 0870 609 1405.

Dance mats mania

The centre now has a number of new dance mats for young people to access.
