Swimming at Central Baths

Providing an 8 lane, 25 metre competition standard swimming pool regularly used for local regional and national events.

With spectator accommodation for 500 the pool is recognised as a major swimming facility in the region.

Review of pool Programme

The pool programme is currently under review. It is anticipated a revised programme will be introduced from 1 June 2007

Central Baths regular programme includes:-

Women only adult swimming instruction
Junior swimming instruction
Adult swimming instruction

Aqua-natal
Adults only sessions
