Central Baths Health and Fitness Suite - Customer survey
In March 2009, customers using the Health and Fitness Suite at Central Baths took part in a customer survey.
The survey found that:
- 98% of customers were satisfied or very satisfied with the welcome they received by reception staff.
- 78% of customers were satisfied or very satisfied with the pricing of the FIT card package.
- 62% of customers were satisfied or very satisfied with the range of equipment available.
- 56% of customers said they had received an induction booklet
- 90% of customers felt it was value for money.
- 62% of customer felt that the standard of service had either improved or stayed the same.
Improvements - Our aims
- Need to improve Fitness Leader interaction.
- Consider providing additional Fitness Leader support.
- Update promotional information.
- Review opening hours during gala events.
- Explore options for extending the size of the gym facility.
- Provide anti bacterial cleaner for customer use.
