Health and fitness facilities at Central Baths

Central Baths has a popular fitness suite suitable for beginners through to fitness fanatics. Due to its popularity it is advisable to book in advance.

On Wednesday 7th November 2007 Central Baths opened its new Health & Fitness Suite.  The Suite has a range of cardio vascular and resistance machines including cross trainers, running machines, bikes, treadmills, a Smith machine and a selection of dumb-bells.

The Suite has also relocated into the Gallery, overlooking the pool, and will provide an excellent opportunity for all round fitness training.

Users must undertake an induction prior to using the equipment. The induction ensures users exercise safely and gain the maximum benefits from their efforts.
