Central Baths Health and Fitness Suite - Customer survey

In March, customers using the Health and Fitness Suite at Central Baths took part in the 2008 customer survey. It was found that:

53% of customers were very satisfied, or satisfield, with the new FIT Customer Card scheme
98% of customers were very satisfied, or satisfied, with Fitness Suite
99% of customers were very satisfied, or satisfied, with the range of equipment provided
99% of customers were very satisfied, or satisfied, with the welcome at Reception

Improvements - Our aims

Provide customers with information on the benefits of the FIT Customer Card scheme
Provide customers with health and fitness training plans
Improve the information we provide for customers at their induction session.
