Chip and Pin at Central Baths

Adult and Communities' Sport and Recreation Service introduced "Chip and Pin" facilities at Central Baths in April 2006.  The system provides an alternative method of payment aiming to improve service and meet customer expectations.

Centre users are now able to pay by credit or visa card for activities such as swimming and fitness training in addition to traditional cash and cheque options.

Following a three month trial period work is progressing to implement Chip and Pin payment facilities at Aldersley Leisure Village and Bilston Leisure Centre.

Chip and Pin will accept the following cards:

  • HSBC
  • Mastercard
  • Maestro
  • Visa
  • Visa Electron
  • Solo.
