Bilston Health and Fitness Suite - Customer survey
In March 2009, customers using the Health and Fitness Suite at Bilston Leisure Centre took part in the annual customer survey.
The survey found that:
- 98% of customers were satisfied or very satisfied with the welcome they received by reception staff.
- 90% of customers were satisfied or very satisfied with the health and fitness programme.
- 97% of customers were satisfied or very satisfied with the information received during their induction.
- 92% of customers were satisfied or very satisfied with the standard of instruction they receive during their induction.
- 86% of customers were satisfied or very satisfied with the interaction of Fitness Leaders.
- 78% of customers were satisfied or very satisfied with the level of guidance given during training sessions.
- 89% of customers were satisfied or very satisfied with the pricing of the FIT card package.
- 86% of customers were satisfied or very satisfied with the range of equipment available.
- 94% of customers were satisfied or very satisfied with the general atmosphere in the Suite.
- 94% of customers felt it was value for money.
- 92% of customer felt that the standard of service had improved or stayed the same.
Improvements - Our aims
- Displaying time limits on certain machines.
- Turn some of the cycles around a bit.
- Consider purchasing benches.
- Consider buying a smith machine.
- Consider opening earlier at week ends.
