Bilston Health and Fitness Suite - Customer survey
In March, customers using the Health and Fitness Suite at Bilston Leisure Centre took part in the 2008 customer survey. It was found that:
- 92% of customers were very satisfied, or satisfeid, with the new FIT Customer Card scheme
- 95% of customers were very satisfied, or satisfied, with the guidance offered by 'fitness leaders'
- 92% of customers were very satisfied, or satisfied, with the welcome at Reception.
Improvements - Our aims
- Provide customers with information on the benefits of the FIT Customer Card scheme.
- Provide customers with health and fitness training plans.
- Improve the information we provide customers at their induction session.
- Explore options to improve the range of equipment available.
