Aldersley Health and Fitness Junction - Customer survey

In March 2009, customers using the Health and Fitness Junction at Aldersley Leisure Village took part in a customer survey.

The survey found that:

  • 88% of customers were satisfied or very satisfied with the welcome they received by reception staff.
  • 85% of customers were satisfied or very satisfied with the health and fitness programme.
  • 90% of customers were satisfied or very satisfied with the information received during their induction.
  • 92% of customers were satisfied or very satisfied with the standard of instruction they receive during their induction.
  • 83% of customers were satisfied or very satisfied with the interaction of Fitness Leaders.
  • 79% of customers were satisfied or very satisfied with the level of guidance given during training sessions.
  • 67% of customers were satisfied or very satisfied with the pricing of the FIT card package.
  • 77% of customers were satisfied or very satisfied with the range of equipment available.
  • 90% of customers were satisfied or very satisfied with the general atmosphere in the Suite.
  • 92% of customers felt it was value for money.
  • 90% of customer felt that the standard of service had either improved or stayed the same.

Improvements - Our aims

To improve the service at the Health and Fitness Junction, we will aim to:

  • Work on more Fitness Leader interaction.
  • Explore ways of improving drainage in male changing room showers.
  • Purchase new dumb bells and static bikes.
  • Provide anti bacterial cleaner.
  • Arrange repairs quicker.
  • Replace shower curtains in male changing room.
  • Work on customer programmes such as post pregnancy programmes.
