Health and fitness at Aldersley Leisure Village

Health and Fitness Junction

The Health and Fitness Junction at Aldersley Leisure Village is a safe, spacious, well-equipped fitness suite catering for all the community.

A wide range of cardiovascular, resistance equipment and free weights are available.

The friendly staff provide instruction, guidance, motivation, advice and encouragement for all users and will help you improve your health and fitness.

If you would like to see what the Health and Fitness Junction has to offer please call in the centre, staff will be pleased to show you around.

To ensure that customers get maximum benefit for their efforts and exercise safely all users are required to undertake an induction session before using the equipment.

To book your induction session please call in at the centre who will be happy to arrange a time and answer any queries you may have.
