Aldersley Health and Fitness Junction - Customer survey
In March, customers using the Health and Fitness Junction at Aldersley Leisure Village took part in the 2008 customer survey. It was found that:
- 73% of customers were very satisfied, or satisfied, with the new FIT customer card scheme.
- 77% of customers were very satisfied, or satisfied, with the guidance offered by 'fitness leaders'.
- 76% of customers were very satisfied, or satisfied, with the standard of instruction.
- 86% of customers were very satisfied, or satisfied, with the welcome at Reception.
Improvements - Our aims
To improve the service at the Health and Fintness Junction, we will aim to:
- Provide customers with information on the benefits of the FIT Customer Card Scheme
- Provide customers with health and fitness training plans
- Improve the information we provide for customers at their induction session
- Explore options to improve the range of equipment available.
