Casual Pay and Play - 7 Day Advanced Booking Policy

1. Seven days advanced bookings can be made in person at the facility or by telephone from 9am (for example contact the facility on a Tuesday for a booking on the following Monday).
2. Not more than two sessions, per activity, per person can be booked (contact facility for details on multiple bookings).
3. Payment must be made in full at reception prior to start of activity.
4. Cancellations must be in person or by telephone at the centre of activity.
5. 24 hours notice must be given for cancellation (full payment costs will be incurred if notice to cancel is less than 24 hours).
6. Failure to attend for a booking will incur full payment costs.
