Conference and training facilities at Aldersley Leisure Village 

Woodlands Suite

Overlooking the outdoor area, the Woodland Suite offers excellent facilities for seminars, forums, training sessions, meetings and other functions.

If you are looking for this type of facility we recommend you contact the centre who will be pleased to show you round and discuss your requirements.

List of charges April 2008/March 2009

Room Hire

*Internal (Wolverhampton City Council)

  • Hire of one section per hour - £8.35
  • Hire of one section per day (9.00am - 5.00pm) - £63.30
  • Hire of three sections per hour - £22.30
  • Hire of three sections per day (9.00am - 5.00pm) - £165.00

External Organisations, companies

  • Hire of one section per hour - £11.15
  • Hire of one section per day (9.00am - 5.00pm) - £84.35
  • Hire of three sections per hour - £29.70
  • Hire of three sections per day (9.00am - 5.00pm) - £220.00

Additional Charges

  • Purchase of flipchart paper per pad (20 sheets) - £6.85
  • Purchase of one pack of flipchart marker pens (4 pens) - £3.25
  • Hire of OHP per session - £3.40
  • Hire Television / video per session - £3.40
  • Photocopying service per sheet - £0.25
  • Fax service per fax - £0.40

Please note that flipchart paper and pens are only available for purchase.

*internal only - Aldersley Leisure Village creditors reference 021124.  A copy of the internal order must be returned with the completed hire agreement form.

Discounts are available on room hire for community groups or registered charitable organisations at the Facility Manager's discretion.
