Health & Fitness Junction Induction Times
All new users are required to complete an induction/medical form prior to using the Health & Fitness Junction. A qualified instructor will show you how to use the equipment in a safe and effective manner. You can choose to take part in a group session (usually up to 6 customers), or book a One to One session. Specific arrangements can be made for large group inductions.
PLEASE NOTE: Inductions must be pre-booked in person at reception.
