Sport Development service standards

We are committed to continuous improvement and therefore continue to be externally assessed through the Quest process.

In addition to this, we work towards a number of targets set in our team plan, and service plan which are reviewed and monitored closely

Team plan 2009/10

For Sport Development, we plan to:

Deliver a range of initiatives which are able to impact upon the Active People survey results by December 2009
Jointly implement the Sport Unlimited programme by March 2010
Deliver a programme of safeguarding training to staff and volunteers in community centres
Develop an action plan as part of Quest maintenance visit by December 2009
Implement the national free swimming initiative across the city.
