Coach development

Sport Development promotes courses within Wolverhampton and across the region to anyone who is interested in becoming a qualified coach or expanding their existing coaching skills.

The coaching programme is updated on a monthly basis in partnership with governing bodies of sport and the Black Country Sports Partnership.

Workshops

The sport development team regularly offer Sports Coach UK Workshops. For more information on the workshops visit the Sports Coach UK website or view the coach education list above.

Safeguarding and Protecting Children

Safeguarding and Protecting Children workshops help support sport coaches and also play a big part in helping clubs achieve Clubmark status.
