Useful Information

Gatis Street Adventure Playground includes a mini urban farm and Grasshoppers childcare facility.

Adventure Playgrounds are operated by professional playstaff and offer a developmental play environment for children from 5 to 12 years old. Children under 5 are welcome as long as they are accompanied and constantly supervised by a responsible adult.
The play venue is not a care facility, it is 'open access' this means children may come and go as they please. Staff cannot accept responsibility for ensuring children remain on the premises or escort them home. If Children persistently behave badly this may result in them being suspended until we can discuss a solution with parents or guardians. This policy aims to provide a safe and secure environment for all playground users. In emergencies the play venue may have to close without warning, so please check that your child knows where to go in the event of a closure. If there are only two workers available, the site will need to close for a minimum of 20 minutes per day to allow for staff breaks.
If you require a childcare facility please contact the Wolverhampton Children's Information Service on 0800 2949939.
