Northycote Farm - Frequently asked questions

Q.  What are the opening times for the site?

A.  The Farm is open every day except Christmas Day.  The car park is open until 5pm everyday and the animal enclosures 9am - 4pm.

 
 

Q.  What animals will we see there?

A.  Some old breeds of farm animals - Tamworth pigs, Norfolk black turkeys, geese, chickens, ducks, guinea fowl, mixed breed sheep and Hereford cattle.

Q.  Can visitors feed the animals?

A.  No - the animals are fed on a strict diet for their health.

 
 

Q.  Can visitors pet the animals?

A.  No - for health and safety reasons.

Q.  Are there toilets on site?

A.  Yes - there are disabled toilet facilities and baby changing facilities too.

 
 

Q.  Can I buy refreshments?

A.  Yes - there are tearooms on site.

Q.  How big is the site?

A.  90 acres.

Q.  Are there walks around the site?
