Friends of Bantock House Museum

‘Friends of Bantock House’ aims to develop the full leisure, cultural and educational potential of Bantock House and promote the area to a wider audience.

The group provides a valuable service in working with the museum to deliver the full potential of the building and grounds.  Members play a vital role in promoting and preserving our local heritage.

Recent achievements by members include securing the purchase of period furniture for the house, a restoration project on the dolls collection and providing park benches and tables.

By becoming a ‘Friend’ you can also enjoy special social and fundraising events throughout the year. Events include a Bonham’s Valuation Day, Annual ‘Bit of a do’ on the May Day Bank Holiday and outings to historic venues.   Members receive regular up to date information about events and activities.

Annual Subscription costs just £3 per person, or £6 per household
