Supporting education
Wolverhampton Archives and Local Studies has an Education Outreach Officer who can offer the following facilities to schools, colleges, universities and students engaged in any manner of research:
- Visits by students and teachers/tutors
- Visits to educational establishments
- Advice to teachers on the selection and use of documents
- Advice to individual students on suitable research material
- In-service training.

Supporting the community
We have a Community Outreach Officer who can offer advice and support to local organisations, societies, clubs and adult education groups about how they can:
- engage with the archives in our care
- find out more about the city's past
- develop projects that are of interest to them.
Services available include:
- Talks and tours
- Visits by groups and societies
- Visits to organisations and community groups
- Individually tailored training workshops
- Advice to groups on the selection and use of documents.
