Midland Box Office

The Midland Box Office is situated next door to the Visitor Information Centre in Queen Square.

The Midland Box Office is primarily a ticket agent for the Civic and Wulfrun Halls as well as the Little Civic pub and Birmingham Academy. 

The Box Office also sells tickets for a selection of concerts at the NIA and NEC, and JB's in Dudley and the Rock Cafe in Stourbridge.

Tickets are also on sale for the V Festival in Weston Park.

Opening times

Tickets can be bought in person at the Midland Box Office between 10am and 6pm everyday.

Further information

The recent relocation of Midland Box Office has made it extremely convenient for customers to purchase tickets to their favourite gigs and events. Being next to the Visitor Information Centre means that visitors will have other useful information including, travel, parking and accommodation facilities right on hand. 

The Box Office sells tickets all year round for well known artists which have included the Killers, Kaiser Chiefs and Lilly Allen as well as up and coming artists, comedy legends and the well loved Classical Concert Season.

The ticket line-up doesn’t stop at concerts though, most recently outdoor events and festival tickets have been on sale at the Midland Box Office for Australian Pink Floyd at Dudley Castle and The Feeling at Cannock Chase.

Customers visiting the Civic or Wulfrun Hall for a show will be able to collect and purchase tickets after 6pm from the Little Civic which will stay open on show nights.
