7 Day Advanced Bookings

• 7 Days Advanced bookings can be made by telephone or online (online booking minimum 12 hours notice).
• Not more than two sessions, per activity, per person can be booked online (contact facility for details on multiple bookings).
• Payment must be made in full at reception prior to start of activity.
• Cancellations must be in person or by telephone at the centre of activity.
• 24 hours notice must be given for cancellation (full payment costs will be incurred if notice to cancel is less than 24 hours).
• Failure to attend for a booking will incur full payment costs.
