i54

i54 is a 220 acre (90 hectare) major employment site at Wobaston Road, Pendeford on the boundary of South Staffordshire and Wolverhampton which is earmarked for a technology-based business park. 

Wolverhampton City Council, together with its joint venture partner the Regional Development Agency Advantage West Midlands, is developing the site along with South Staffordshire District Council as the principle planning authority.

The site will provide world class employment opportunities for people within Wolverhampton and the Black Country at the gateway to the Wolverhampton Telford Technology Corridor.
