Postal Strike-Possible delays Receiving Housing Benefit Cheques

Did you know that we are able to pay your Housing Benefit directly into your Bank account by BACS.  This is a safe and secure method of receiving your Benefit.  It is also the quickest way to be paid and removes the uncertainty of delays caused by the current postal dispute.  If you would like us to arrange to pay you by BACS, all that you need to do is send us a recent Bank Statement showing your name, sort code and account number and ask us to pay you by BACS.  We will then arrange to pay you electronically.
