Homelessness Strategy -  2007 to 2010

Wolverhampton City Council's second Homelessness Strategy has been produced as a legislative requirement of the Homelessness Act 2002.

It sets out a new approach to homelessness, focussing on the personal problems that homeless people face. These include family or relationship breakdown, domestic violence, debt, alcohol and drug misuse, and poor physical or mental health. It is recognised that personal problems and social exclusion contribute to homelessness.
