The Health and Community Care Information Service, based in King Street, Wolverhampton, provides information and advice on a range of subjects.
Whether you get in touch from a visit, phone call or e-mail we will quickly point you in the right direction - however difficult your situation might be.
We can help you with things like:

- your nearest dentist
- benefits
- child health services
- social care services
- stop smoking services
- mental health issues
- sexual health services
- issues for the elderly

- aids and adaptations.

Help for the over 50s
We have dedicated officers for the over 50s. They can provide information on almost any topic of interest to people aged over 50 in and around Wolverhampton and covers subjects such as:
- leisure and social activities
- housing and home safety
- health and social care
- money and benefits.
Word of Mouth
We also offer a service called Word of Mouth, in conjunction with Age Concern, which provides details of recommended gardeners and tradesmen willing to undertake small jobs.
Specialist clinics
The Health and Community Care Information Service holds specialist clinics at King Street, along with a State Pension and Benefits Advice session every Monday between 10am and noon, which is run on an appointment basis only. Every Wednesday there is an NHS Hearing Aid Battery Replacement and Retubing Clinic between between 10.30am and 12.30pm.
