Midland Heart – Youth Service

Service Description: Provides  accommodation based support and support with daily living skills, education and training opportunities for young single people aged between 16 and 25yrs.

How to get support: Self referral or referral through an organisation or agency. Telephone the numbers below for a referral form. Support is accessed via the YPAF (Young Person's Accommodation Forum).

Wolverhampton City Council – Young People's Team and Tenancy Sustainment

Service description: The Young People's Team provides accommodation and support for 16-25 year olds who are at risk of becoming homeless, are homeless or are inappropriately accommodated.

The Tenancy Sustainment Team provides floating support for people including young people in order to help people to maintain their tenancies. There are specific Tenancy Sustainment Officers for young people aged 16-25 who have their own tenancy and are at risk of eviction.
