Asra Midlands Housing Association

Service description: Asra Midlands has properties throughout the Midlands providing sheltered accommodation aimed at the Asian community in the Midlands.

Sheltered housing is specially designed to meet the needs of older people and also older people with physical and sensory disabilities, which allows each resident to request the help of a designated bi-lingual housing and support officer or some other person through the link with a 24-hour control centre.

Bromford Carinthia Housing Association

Service description: The service provides sheltered housing for people over 60 years of age, or 55 if registered disabled. Scheme managers at each service will assist tenants with paying bills, benefit advice, arranging household services and helping people to maintain their own home.
