Midland Heart
Service Description: Provides accommodation based, floating support and help with daily living skills, education and training opportunities for homeless people aged between 16 and 25yrs.

Service Description: Hostel accommodation providing 24 hour support and access for homeless men including rough sleepers.
Thornley Street consists of 54 bed spaces in 46 single and 2 shared rooms with 4 beds in each.
Dickens Lodge consists of 16 bed spaces in single rooms.
Wellington Road consists of 14 bed spaces in single rooms and 1 shared rooms for two.
How to get support: All of the above hostels are open 24 hours a day 365 days per year, the service can be accessed at any time through calling the numbers below. The outreach team has a freephone number to call for help.

Service Description: The Homeless Services Unit provides assistance/guidance to homeless and vulnerable people. The unit is based on the ground floor of the Civic Centre. Provides accommodation based and floating support services to families who are homeless.
