Supporting People

What's new with Housing Related Support?

Housing related support staff attend events to promote support services in Wolverhampton and raise awareness of client involvement opportunities.

We do this through working in partnership with clients, members of the Experts by Experience Panel, service providers and other agencies.

It's not all talk... there is action

Although we may spend much of our time ensuring clients recieve good quality support services, we also get out into the community and get involved in fun activities such as the Wolverhampton City Show and P3's Big Day Out.

Our next big event is Be Independent - Stay Independent. This will be a day of activities to raise awareness of housing related support services in Wolverhampton.

The event will be held at The Arena Theatre on Friday, 16 April, 2010. Among the highlights on the day will be the official launch of the Housing Support and Social Inclusion Strategy 2010 - 2015.

Follow the link above for more details of this event.

You can find out who the Audit Commissions rates our service by reading the report of its 2008 inspection.
