If you require any copies of the above leaflets please contact us (details below), giving details of the leaflets you want and your postal address.
This information will be provided free for people who live in Wolverhampton. If you do not live in Wolverhampton, please tell us what your connection is to the city - for example do you have a relative or family member who lives in Wolverhampton who may need this information. There may be a small charge if we have to send information outside the city.
Other formats
Information is available on request in a variety of formats, including Braille, large print, audio and easy read formats. If English is not your first language we can arrange for an interpreter to help you find out about services.
