- Voluntary organisations
- How to make a complaint
Information is given without prejudice and in a way that is sensitive to your needs.

Our City Centre office is open for appointments from Monday to Friday between 10am to 4.30pm.

- An advice session run by the Department of Work and Pensions on benefits is held from 10am to noon every Monday.
- Wolverhampton Support for Deafened People hold sessions for replacement of batteries and re-tubing of NHS Hearing Aids every Wednesday from 10.30am to 12.30pm.
