Based in the city centre, this service provides information about Health and Social Services. Advice is free and confidential. Information can be provided on the following:

  • Support and self help groups
  • Social Services
  • Healthy living
  • Health promotion
  • Health services
  • Local and national organisations
  • Voluntary organisations
  • How to make a complaint

Information is given without prejudice and in a way that is sensitive to your needs.

There are a number of ways of accessing our information service.

In person

Our City Centre office is open for appointments from Monday to Friday between 10am to 4.30pm.

Also available at 10 King Street:

  • An advice session run by the Department of Work and Pensions on benefits is held from 10am to noon every Monday.
  • Wolverhampton Support for Deafened People hold sessions for replacement of batteries and re-tubing of NHS Hearing Aids every Wednesday from 10.30am to 12.30pm.
