Disabilities

Social Services provides a wide range of help and support for people with disabilities and their carers.

We have social workers who support:

  • People with a physical disability
  • Children with disabilities
  • People with hearing or visual impairment
  • Adults with a learning disability
  • A Carer Support Team

Supporting People

Supporting People funds organisations which provide support to a range of people who require assistance to live independently.
