Transforming the way we deliver care services
A new programme to transform the way we deliver social care services to the people of Wolverhampton was launched at the end of May.
The Social Care Programme will see staff working in both adults and children's social care embrace a state-of-the-art computer system and new ways of working.
Both are designed to streamline and improve the service we offer to our customers, making it easier for you and your family to access social care support. To find out more, visit our Social Care Programme pages.

Performance results for Adult Social Care
Following the publication in November 2007 of the star ratings for Adult Social Care departments we have produced an easy to read guide for the public showing our performance results.
The guide puts our performance into context by including a column showing the average performance of metropolitan councils across the country, of which we are one. Click on the icon below to download a copy of the guide in a PDF format.
