Schools

Wolverhampton has long-standing links with international schools. The links provide opportunities for schools to get involved with international projects and exchanges.

Teaching English as a Foreign Language in secondary schools in European partner towns is just one of the opportunities.

Several continental markets have been held or are planned in Wolverhampton:

Europe Day - 9th May, 2005

Wolverhampton played host to a series of activities and events organised to raise awareness about the European Union.

European Languages Day - 26th September, 2005

A series of events are planned to raise awareness about the different opportunities available across the city to learn foreign languages.
