Right to Attend Meetings

Members of the public and the press are entitled to attend all Council meetings.

Exceptional circumstances

Members of the public will be excluded from meetings whenever it is likely, in view of the nature of the business to be transacted or the nature of the proceedings, that exempt or confidential information would be disclosed.
