One to one help to hit fitness goals

Released: 21 February 2008

People working out in Wolverhampton City Council-run gyms are being offered one-to-one advice from the experts to help them achieve their fitness goals.

The council has teamed up with Energize Personal Training to give customers personal fitness training.

Anyone using the council’s health and fitness facilities at Aldersley Leisure Village, Bilston Leisure Centre and Central Baths will be invited to sign up to the one-to-one sessions which aim to give them the motivation and advice they need to achieve their targets.

The sessions start from £16.50, with discounts available if a series of five sessions are booked.

Ian Bosworth, senior operations manager for sport and recreation, said: "Energize has experienced personal fitness trainers with a proven track record of achieving results.

“We hope that as many of our customers as possible take part in a one-to-one session which will help them find out what they need to do to hit their targets.

“This could be to lose weight, to increase stamina or to build up strength - whatever the goal, the fitness trainers will be able to help them on their way."

For further details or to book a session contact Energize Personal Training on 01902 311471.
