Notice of temporary road closures – Ettingshall Road and Manor Road

Two roads in Ettingshall, Wolverhampton, will be closed to through traffic temporarily next week while resurfacing work takes place in the area.
Ettingshall Road and Manor Road will both be closed at their junction with Parkfield Road/Millfields Road from next Monday 19 November for two weeks. The closures will operate from 7pm to 6am only each night to minimise disruption.
Diversions will be in place via Bilston Road, Wellington Road, Wolverhampton Street, Coseley Road and the Black Country Route in either direction.
Vehicle access to businesses and residents in Spring Road will be possible from the junction with the Birmingham New Road (A4123) and similarly to Ettingshall Road from the junction with Bilston Road (A41).
The resurfacing work takes place at the junction of Parkfield Road and Millfields Road. Both roads will remain open to through traffic, but will be controlled by temporary signals. The resurfacing is the final phase of a major improvement scheme at this busy junction.
Bus services will not be affected.
