Tettenhall library to receive a facelift
Released: 5 November 2007
Wolverhampton’s Tettenhall Library will be the latest in the city to receive a facelift.
The library will be closed from Monday 12 November and will reopen on Monday 26 November, with a fresh new look.
Kate Woolley, branch librarian said: “The library is going to be completely repainted.
“The work will greatly improve the ambience of the library, which is already a very popular asset to the local community.”
Borrowers are reminded that although Tettenhall library will be closed, books can be returned to or renewed at any other Wolverhampton library.
There is also a 24 hour renewal hotline where borrowers can renew their books – 01902 552500.
Kate added: “While the usual borrowing limit is 10 books at a time, we have increased this limit during this time so that our borrowers at Tettenhall are not inconvenienced.”
