Ramble on the reserve - a guided walk at Smestow Valley

Released 22 June 2007

Local residents are invited to join the ranger at Smestow Valley Local Nature Reserve next Tuesday 26 June, for a guided walk.

Starting at 1pm and finishing around 3:30pm, the walk will be a lengthy stroll around the reserve taking in all the habitats that Smestow Valley has to offer.

The ranger will be on hand to point out anything of interest so it is an ideal opportunity to learn about the wildlife that lives within Smestow Valley.

Experienced walkers are welcome and refreshments will be available at the end of the walk.

Anyone wanting to book a place or find out more, can contact the ranger on Wolverhampton 01902 552351. More information about the nature reserve can be found on the www.wolverhampton.gov.uk/smestow website.
