The Performance Management Panel is one of three Cabinet Panels. It considers all aspects of the Council's performance management.

Responsibilities

• The Council's Performance Management Framework
• Oversight of the performance board
• Preparation of the Best Value performance plan
• Development and monitoring of the programme of Best Value and improvement reviews
• Examination of the outcomes of individual reviews and to respond to any corporate issues arising
