Green decisions

'Green decisions' are decisions sanctioned by a process that allows individual politicians and senior council officers to pass through decisions on behalf of the executive.

These decisions are referred to as 'green decisions' and relate to individual, routine or operational matters which are within existing policy previously determined by Executive or The Council.
