The Local Taxes Division believes in listening to your views and providing a quality service.
We want to hear from you if there is any occasion when a problem occurs or where you feel you received excellent service. We will apologise if we make a mistake and put the matter right as soon as possible.

Call in at any of the Council's offices, the Civic Centre or speak to any member of staff.

Use the leaflet and form available from any Council office.

Write a letter. In addition to making your comments, please let us know if you have made a complaint about the same problem before, and if possible tell us what you would like to see as a result of your complaint. Please include a telephone number and postal address where we can contact you to respond to your comments.
