Council Tax opening hours and contact details

Opening Hours

  • Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 5.00pm
  • Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm

Bank Holiday Closures

The Local Taxes Division will be closed on the following days

  • 24, 25, 26 December 2008
  • 1 January 2009

If you contact the office on these days, you will be able to leave a voicemail message and your call will be returned the next working day.

If you wish to pay your Council Tax by post, cheques and postal orders should be sent to:

Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to Wolverhampton City Council. Please write your name, address and Council Tax account number on the back.

Do not send cash through the post.
