Paying your residential care by telephone
Due to the reference number used for residential care payments the automated payment line cannot take these payments.
You can still pay for for these accounts by ringing the free phone number 0800 180 4464 (calls from mobile phones may incur a charge).
Select option 5 followed by option 6 in the payment menu. You will then be connected to the Cashiers Section who will then take your payment.
These payments can only be taken during office hours:
