How to pay for the collection of bulky household items and asbestos

When you have completed and a 'Bulky Household Collection form' you can make your payment to us through one of the following ways.

We need to receive you payment before we will arrange a collection from you.

Please note that this is a non refundable service.

By post

Customers can return their form with their payment or  proof of benefit to the Civic Centre, address below.

Payments can be made by cheque or postal order, cheques should be made payable to Wolverhampton City Council.

By phone

You can pay over the phone using your debit/credit card on 01902 551119.

By personal visit

You can take your completed form to one of the council offices, where you can pay by cash, cheque, postal order or debit/credit card.

Exemptions

If you receive full housing benefit or full council tax benefit you may be exempt from payment.

You will need to provide proof that you are exempt and show this when handing in your completed 'Bulky Household Collection form' with your payment.

The cashiers will check this and then the form will be passed on.
