Pay your penalty charge notice by phone
You may use the Council's 24 hour automated telephone payment line to make credit or debit card payments if you have a touch tone telephone with a 'star' button and a 'hash' key.
When you call, please make sure you have the following ready:
- Your debit or credit card
- Your penalty charge notice number which begins with a WV.
- The amount you wish to pay
- A pen to record the transaction number
For penalty charge notices select option 5 followed by option 3 from the menu.
Calls from mobile phones may incur a charge.
